My tomato seedlings aren't growing fast enough, even though I feed them with my expectant gaze.  Literally.  I stare at them, willing them to grow.

I'm a tad excited for spring.

In the meantime, I enjoy losing myself searching for recipes to try. This go-round?  Tomatoes.  I will be planting a couple or three (or four) plants of at least ten different varieties.  While I enjoy a fresh tomato on its own, I look forward to trying new things.   Beyond my tomato go to of a Caprese Salad, I have found well-reviewed recipes for Goat Cheese Stuffed Tomatoes, Tomato Basil Chicken and Corn and Tomato Salad.   My list of recipes to try is getting pretty long.  I have a feeling we are going to eat pretty good, all summer long.
